What to expect during the consultation?

The initial consultation with a qualified homeopath takes around an hour to 90 minutes. With all attention on you, we'll look at building a real understanding of what is happening in your life and in your body. We'll look at when symptoms began, how they influence you in your daily life. We'll investigate possible triggers and determine what makes the condition better or worse.

We'll talk about your medical and family history, energy levels, sleep patterns, appetite, mood changes, anxiety, how you react to stress, and how you are affected by the weather and temperature. Together, we will build a case history that will help create a new wellbeing pathway.

Following the initial consultation, I'll take a day or so to develop a customised health plan and find the most suitable homeopathic remedy for you.

Your second appointment will be two weeks later and it will take forty-five minutes. We will discuss how you doing on remedy any changes you have experienced and we will discuss the further plan of action.

Homeopathic remedies are: gentle, effective, natural, non-addictive, and inexpensive.

You can use homeopathic remedies together with conventional medicine safely.
